Arthur “Bud” Mull

Chief Financial Officer

Arthur or, “Bud” as family and friends call him, has had a long career in the contracting business.  In 1987 he started Action Knitwear, a contract manufacturing company of knit tops and bottoms in a converted skating rink in Bean Station, TN.  In 1990 Action Knitwear built a new 21,000 square foot facility where they employed over 150 individuals. As president of Action Knitwear, he oversaw all activities of the business; from receiving to shipping and from customer service to payroll.  In the seventeen years since the inception of Action, the company has produced products for several leading companies in the textile field.

Bud stepped away from Action Knitwear in the 4th quarter of 2002 and began fulltime with On Trac.  His experience from the textile industry and many years of personnel management greatly contributes to On Trac, Inc. success.  Buds’ financial experience, plus starting up his own business and the ability to convert those skills to the telecommunications industry enhances our long range goals.

Bud is active in his home church, First Baptist Church of Morristown, TN.  He has served as a deacon, chairman of the pastor selection committee, the chairman of committee on committees, personnel committee, Student Sunday school teacher and Director and as a usher.  In his time off, Bud and his wife Vickey enjoy traveling, camping, NASCAR and University of Tennessee Sports.
