Mike Hill

CEO / President

Mike Hill has been involved in the telecommunications industry for over 35 years and is an accomplished and driving force of On Trac, Inc. Having been involved from the grassroots level (installer) to the Corporate Directorship of a major national cable company the first 26 years of his career, Mike is a seasoned veteran in the industry. With the sale of Sammons Communications, Inc. in 1995, Mike elected to leave the system operations side of the cable industry and join efforts with a national contracting company to utilize his skills within the industry for cable, MMDS Wireless, telephony and data services. Mike has been involved with Fiber to the Home installations and deployment since 2003 and is committed to helping the FTTH Industry continue to grow and excel for the future.

Mike Hill strives to provide superior availability, flexibility, and quality service to his customers in order to play an integral role in their business endeavors. Believing that open communication and the willingness to meet and exceed the customer’s needs breeds success for both parties, Mike prides himself on exceeding the boundaries of business relationships to cultivating friendships within the industry. Because of his exceptional dedication to his customers, Mike Hill has an incredible track record of progressing companies to substantial growth at rapid speeds.

Mike presently serves as Chair Elect on the Board of Directors with the FTTH Council. The FTTH Council advances the careers of tele-communication professionals and serves the industry through excellence in training, certifications and standards. Mike is also a past board member of the Smokey Mountain Chapter for the Society of Cable Tele-communications Engineers. Mike also serves as a Deacon within his hometown church, and a board member At Large with The Boys and Girls Club of America. In every avenue of his life, Mike Hill thrives on his growing relationships with people.
