Monte Hill

Chief Operations Officer

Monte Hill began service in the telecommunications industry in 1989 for a CATV rebuild project in Morristown, TN. Monte began in the installations contracting industry in 1990 and expanded his experience in that field over the next several years. Monte earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in the field of Communications from Carson Newman College in 1994.

After working in the communications industry in several capacities, Monte began service as a System Manager and later a Regional Manager. Monte has overseen emergency recoveries and installation system start up projects along with multi task types of operations in the past 10 years.

Monte’s careful attention to detail and ability to keenly communicate with every level of personnel, from technician to highest executive officers, has enabled his success in many large start ups, such as: Dalton Utilities in Dalton, GA; Bristol Virginia Utilities in Bristol, VA; Bristol Tennessee Essential Services in Bristol, TN; Morristown Utility Systems in Morristown, TN; GVTC in New Braunfels, TX.

Monte believes that trust; rewards, accountability and consistency lead to a high level of customer and personal satisfaction. In his leisure time, Monte enjoys spending time with his wife, Becca and their four children. Monte also loves to fly-fish.
