On Trac Services Group, LLC (OTSG) is a privately held television production company that focuses on entertainment projects for various networks. OTSG was formed in January of 2006 and is owned in a partnership agreement between the principals of Mike Hill, Bud Mull, Monte Hill and Doug Malousis with minority ownership interests by Joseph Jones and Wes Hudson.

Although OTSG is a relatively new company they deliver twenty-three years of television production experience. “Head Coach” is the first long format, episodic venture for OTSG, which also bids on commercial production and corporate production projects.

OTSG and its ownership team take a strong stand in regard to their faith and business practices. OTSG strives to demonstrate that it is possible to operate in the entertainment business and maintain their faith, vision, and values. The company is committed to producing programming that is entertaining and engaging, appropriate for family viewing and that communicates high moral standards.
